Today\u2019s tip comes from Mark Hunter, the Sales Hunter, and he\u2019s releasing a brand new book today called A Mind for Sales &#8211; Daily Habits and Practical Strategies for Sales Success. Here he is:<\/p>\n<p>Mark Hunter: I&#8217;m Mark Hunter, the Sales Hunter. I did write the book A Mind for Sales and I&#8217;m going to ask you a question. What&#8217;s your CFT score? CFT score? What&#8217;s CFT score? That&#8217;s customer-facing time. Here&#8217;s the challenge. You need to be focused on spending more CFT. You need to get that CFT scores up as high as you can. I want you spending as much time as you can customer-facing time. Now, what does customer-facing time? That means you&#8217;re either talking with customers on the phone, you&#8217;re across the desk from them, you&#8217;re actively emailing them, but you are engaged with them right now. That&#8217;s what CFT is and it is the most important sales score you can handle because let me tell you something. If you have a high CFT score and you&#8217;re focused on your ICP. Okay, I&#8217;ll save that for another video then it&#8217;s amazing at what you&#8217;ll be able to close out the bottom. I&#8217;m Mark Hunter the Sales Center.
