Today\u2019s tip comes from Mattia Bruzzi. Mattia is the CEO and Co-Founder of WANT2B S.L. an organization focused on providing Sales &amp; Marketing advisory and funding to early-stage start-ups with international aspirations, to help them to develop their vision, get traction and expand globally. Here he is:<\/p>\n<p>Mattia Bruzzi: Today I want to speak about the differences between the Lone Wolf and the Team Player approach in sales. Fire too many times we see still unfortunately, Sales Executives that think sales is for a superstar, rock star who has the special touch, to engage with the customer and get the deal done. Unfortunately, for those who have been in this business for a while, we know that there is only one way to succeed in sales. And it&#8217;s with great care of all the people who are involved in the sales process.<\/p>\n<p>Sales is a precision sport, where we must be very structured, very disciplined, have a very structured execution. And we need to be very careful to engage the different colleagues, the different stakeholders in specific moments and invisibility and being very, very, very careful and precise about the moment when we ask for help because this is all about.<\/p>\n<p>Sales student is the leader of the sales process, but as a leader needs to lead from behind. It&#8217;s not about the glory of the deal, which by the way should be shared across all the team. But it&#8217;s all about doing the right thing in the right moment, involving the right person, the right professional at the right time. So there is no doubt to make no mistake in sales.
