Having been very deep down the productivity and habits rabbit hole over the years, I can tell you that this book by James Clear does a great job of consolidating the best of what\u2019s out there.<\/p>\n<p>So first, I\u2019d definitely recommend the book if you haven\u2019t already read it, but I\u2019ve been on James email list for years, since long before he released Atomic Habits and because of that I happen to know that he\u2019s offering a free email course called 30 Days to Better Habits: A simple step-by-step guide for forming habits that stick.
