Scott Ingram: You’re listening to the Daily Sales Tips podcast and I’m your host, Scott Ingram. It\u2019s Friday, so here\u2019s your weekly dose of Jack Wilson:<\/p>\n

Jack Wilson: What’s going on Daily Sales Tips Community, Jack Wilson back with another tip. There’s a lot to be read about quiet quitting these days. But I’m here to remind you that usually, the step that comes before quiet quitting is the quiet struggle. Is there something you need help with? Is there an area of your skill or your craft that you need help developing or honing? Are you dealing with circumstances outside of your control that you could just use some empathy about? Typically, there’s the things that we face, especially in a sales career, but we tend to struggle with them by ourselves. We quietly plot away, trying to overcome the challenges and the distractions and to tap into our sense of grit just to achieve the task at hand. But eventually, that leads to burnout. So if you’re feeling the silent struggle today, quiet struggle the one that could potentially lead to the quiet quitting, my tip for you today is to reach out and speak up, communicate with your leader, appear or even a mentor within one of your communities and tell them what you’re struggling with and ask them for their guidance. Seek resources, don’t go it alone.<\/p>\n
