Here he is:<\/p>\n<p>Mark Magnacca: <span>Most people think that the number one predator in the ocean is the Great White Shark. It turns out that&#8217;s actually not true. The actual apex predator in the ocean is the killer whale. The thing that the orca whale can do that the great white shark doesn&#8217;t do is hunt as a team. They only hunt as a team. They work as a pod. They communicate as a pod and they are absolutely more effective than the great white shark. There are many salespeople who are like the great white shark. They&#8217;re by themselves. They&#8217;re swimming all the time. They&#8217;re scary in terms of their ability to deliver, but when it comes to sustaining that over time, the Wolfpack\/Orca mindset of working as a team. It&#8217;s not just in nature. It&#8217;s true among human beings as well. There&#8217;s no one of us that can maintain it, day in and day out, year after year, and decade after decade.
