Mike is an AE at Lavender, an AI email assistant that helps you write better emails faster. Here he is:<\/p>\n<p><ytd-text-inline-expander id=\"description-inline-expander\" always-show-expand-button=\"\" max-lines=\"3\" class=\"style-scope ytd-watch-metadata\" is-expanded=\"\"><yt-attributed-string class=\"style-scope ytd-text-inline-expander\"><span class=\"yt-core-attributed-string yt-core-attributed-string--white-space-pre-wrap\">Mike Wander: How do I sell an AI, also sitting here stressing the importance of human-to-human interaction? And the answer is, we use AI and how it should be intended for use. We leverage AI for other teams as the best assistant\/coach in the world. It&#8217;s not ever gonna take our job. AI is not gonna ever be Mike Wander. AI is never gonna be Craig. AI is AI and it&#8217;s got these massive capabilities and it&#8217;s got these very little limitations. But one of those limitations is human feeling and human value. And I tell these people, they&#8217;re like, &#8220;Oh, I write this email. It&#8217;s a 90 on lavender, but I&#8217;m not getting a reply.&#8221; And I&#8217;m like, Cool, forward me the email, and let me read it.&#8221; And it&#8217;s a one-liner and it doesn&#8217;t really make sense. And I&#8217;m like, Well, cool. You know, it looks, and it&#8217;s short. It looks like it gets to the point, but at the end of the day, the AI can&#8217;t read this email and say, does it actually have value? Well, what does value look like? It&#8217;s different human to human. That&#8217;s when it comes into the time of you have to do the 20%. AI can do 80, but you have to do the 20 there. It&#8217;s never just a, Hey, generate an email to Craig. I&#8217;m gonna click send. Well, if you&#8217;re doing that, you&#8217;re gonna be left behind.
