Here\u2019s a great one from Larry Long Jr. on this Memorial Day Weekend in the US as we round out our celebration of Mental Health Awareness month with our friends at Allego and their EnableMinutes show:<\/p>\n<div id=\"description-inner\" class=\"style-scope ytd-watch-metadata\"><ytd-text-inline-expander id=\"description-inline-expander\" always-show-expand-button=\"\" max-lines=\"3\" class=\"style-scope ytd-watch-metadata\" is-expanded=\"\"><yt-attributed-string class=\"style-scope ytd-text-inline-expander\"><span class=\"yt-core-attributed-string yt-core-attributed-string--white-space-pre-wrap\">Larry Long Jr: There&#8217;s importance in balance and there&#8217;s definitely importance in boundaries. I think that&#8217;s the keyword there. They call it work-life balance. Some people call it work-life integration. You&#8217;ve gotta find a way to be able to separate. There&#8217;s a time for work and then there&#8217;s a time for everything else. Let&#8217;s make sure that we keep those boundaries. Now, will boundaries get blurred, every now and again. Hopefully not too often because then, Houston we have a problem. But leveraging our calendar, setting those boundaries, making sure that it&#8217;s understood that I&#8217;m gonna give it my all, my 100% focus when I&#8217;m working, and when I&#8217;m with my family, when I&#8217;m with my friends, when I&#8217;m doing those things outside that I need to do, I&#8217;m gonna be 100% dedicated to that. My encouragement is to dedicate yourself to being present in whatever it is you&#8217;re doing, your career, your family, your friends. And yes, it&#8217;s tough. When you&#8217;re stuck in a rut, believe you me, it is tough to break out, but here goes the tip I got for you. Don&#8217;t do it alone.
