I\u2019m only about 8 sessions in, but really appreciate the way they\u2019ve got the whole journey structured where you learn about a concept and then have an opportunity to practice. It\u2019s the most accessible intro to meditation I\u2019ve experienced and I\u2019ve played with a number of these over the years. Give it a shot.
