Listen to this:<\/p>\n<p>Scott Ingram: How do you just manage all of those internal relationships? Because I&#8217;m sure this is, in your world, dozens, maybe hundreds of people that you might bring into a deal at any given point.<\/p>\n<p>Megan Labadie: Yeah, it&#8217;s definitely tough because there are, to your point, a lot of people depending on what you&#8217;re trying to accomplish. I think when you&#8217;re a seller and you tend to be the one that gets your name in lights and things like that, it&#8217;s important to go full circle back to those folks that have helped you and be like, hey, this is how the conversation is continuing to progress. Really make sure you&#8217;re showing them the appreciation and love that they deserve because they are really serving us very well. Stay engaged with those folks and then they&#8217;ll remember that it&#8217;s not just a one off conversation that you popped in and had and threw on their calendar, but you prepped them for it.
