Frequently Asked Questions
Who books your speakers and keynotes?
This is actually the most common question we get. We don't hire any outside speakers. 100% of our presenters have been featured on the Sales Success Stories Podcast and to qualify to be on the podcast they must be an active, quota carrying, individual contributor who is either #1 or at least in the top 1% of performers in a large sales organization.
Can I get a refund?
Basecamp and Summit ticket purchases are refundable until 60 days prior to each event. Community memberships are NOT refundable, but you can transfer your ticket until 30 days prior to the event
What if I can't attend one or both events?
You can still take advantage of this package as both tickets are transferable. You'll likely be able to sell your Summit ticket, and once we get to a waitlist state we'll even help you do it. Transfers must be complete by 30 days prior to the event. You can do the same with your Basecamp ticket, however it will revert to a standard ticket at that point. A VIP ticket is exclusively reserved for your usage as a paid community member.
What's the difference between a Regular ticket and a VIP ticket for Basecamp?
VIP ticket holders get a bit more of everything, but the main difference is the auditorium. VIP ticket holders will be in the main auditorium with live presenters at the front of the room. Regular ticket holders will be in the other auditoriums watching a livestream from the VIP auditorium. The hallway conversations and sponsor interactions will be the same for everyone.
Am I qualified to attend?
Yes, you are! While we require that all of our presenters be #1 and top 1% performers, we don't have that same requirement of attendees. These events are also built specifically for individual contributors, but sales leaders are welcome to attend as well.
