41 episodes ago I started capturing the real world success stories of world class sales performers who are either #1 or in the top 1% of their respective organizations.
My name is Scott Ingram and I'm the host of the Sales Success Stories Podcast. This is my passion project as I'm also a quota carrying sales professional myself, and am always looking for ways to improve myself and my own sales results.
On May 7th & 8th I'll be hosting the first ever Sales Success Summit in Austin, Texas. Roughly half of the amazing individuals I've interviewed on the podcast will join me for a day and a half of sharing and bonding. They'll dive deep into the details and the actual things they actively do to get to and stay at the top of the leaderboard.
Not everyone is able to join us in person because of geographic, resource or scheduling constraints. And this content is going to be way too valuable to share just one time in one place.
This campaign is all about making this incredible content accessible on-demand post event.
The bread and butter of the campaign is the All Access Video Pass which will ultimately provide access to all of the videos and all of the audios from 13 sessions and over 11 hours of content. Helping in advance gets you that pass for $149. Those who pay to access the content once it's been produced will pay between $249 and $299.
What We Need & What You Get
Turns out producing quality video content isn't cheap. To do this right we'll need an experienced crew of 3 (two camera operators and an audio technician), using state of the art equipment, to capture the content over the course of two days. Then they'll go to work doing some editing magic to bring it all together for you in the subsequent weeks.
The result will be 13 full sessions and and over 11 hours of video & audio content.
You can choose to receive just one or a few of the sessions of your choice from the list of presentations below. You could choose to get just the audio from all of the sessions. But the best value is going to be the All Access Pass that will give you access to all of the videos and all of the audios.
You'll also see options for sales teams to participate and purchase passes for multiple sellers at deep discounts.
There are also sponsorship opportunities. Though it's important to note that higher level sponsorships trump lower level sponsorships. If someone chooses the "Let's Give it all Away" package, then everyone is getting a refund and we'll work with that sponsor to make everything available at no-cost. A Presenting Sponsor would also trump any and all individual session sponsors.

But wait, that's only 10? I thought you said there would be 13 sessions?
You're right!
In addition to these presentations there will be a panel on sales careers where we'll talk about the choice between an "intentional individual contributor" or pursuing a sales/executive leadership path and how to best position yourself for the path that's right for you.
There will also be two Best Of / Audience Choice sessions on the second day of the Summit where we'll either bring back the best speaker for more of their insights and/or explore the biggest questions and themes that emerge over the course of the conference.
Can I Expense This?
That's up to you, but we would hope your company would be willing to support your professional development in an effort deliver more revenue

Delivery
Production will begin after the Summit concludes and we expect to begin delivering access to all of the content sometime in June 2018.
Risks & Challenges
The biggest risk to this project is quality. I can't see a scenario where we don't deliver on the content promise here. I've never missed delivering new podcast episodes on time in the last 18 months and I'm not about to start messing this up.
The worst case scenario is we don't raise enough money to cover proper production costs. At that point we'll have to start cutting costs to stay on budget and the quality you expect would likely not be there.
