After 20 years in leadership roles in multinational corporations, Peter couldn’t stand the ineffective ways that businesses use to accelerate their sales. Peter Strohkorb: Point four. Who are our ideal customers? I want you to think about who they are as a person. What business do they operating? How large is the business? Where are they geographically speaking? What are the titles and what interests do they have? Because once you understand those five points, you can then reach out to them in a meaningful way. You can grab their attention, you can engage with them not before. So think about your ideal customers and what five attributes you would ascribe to them.
