David Weiss: What is up Sales Society? This is David Weiss coming at you with another tip of the day. And this tip is related to doing the hard things. One of the Sales Collective’s core values, and we only have a handful of them, is do the hard things. And all. Oftentimes when I’m coaching salespeople, even working with my own team, and they bring up a problem or they bring up a gap in a deal, or they bring up something they’re struggling with and we start talking about, hey, here are the potential solutions. Is there a reason we haven’t done these yet? Is there a reason we haven’t tried these yet? Should we try these things? And oftentimes the reason why there was a point of failure, a loss, a gap, any sort of issue, it’s because we didn’t do the hard thing. And the hard thing could be making more calls if we’re missing pipeline. The hard thing could be we didn’t ask, you know, second and third layer questions or peel the onion.
