Chris Prangley: Today’s Daily Sales Tip is finding your why. We all know in sales that rejection is a daily hurdle. It’s something that will face over and over and over again. And sometimes it may feel like, life is over or why am I doing this? I could be doing a million other things. Finding your why. Why do you do what you do? Why are you selling what you’re doing? Why are you getting up early? To attack the day will be key to your overall success. It will propel you past the myth that sales is only about making money, which a part of it is, don’t get me wrong. But it will take you to new heights and give you a new sense of purpose. How can I help others? Maybe that’s your family, your friends, your communities. And it will be unique to each of us, right? What I’d recommend journal a bit, reflect on it. But how can you marry what you’re doing today? What you’re selling with your purpose in life? When you bring those two together, you can overcome anything that’s thrown your way. Find your why.
