Scott Ingram: You’re listening to the Daily Sales Tips podcast and I’m your host, Scott Ingram. Today’s tip comes from Nick Cegelski, Enterprise AE at SurePoint and host of the 30 Minutes to President’s Club podcast with another of his famously quick tips. here he is:
Nick Cegelski: Begging for a call back in your voicemail probably isn’t the right way to go about things.
Instead, try the multiplier effect when you link your voicemail to your email. What I mean is try leaving voicemails that direct to the email you’re about to send.
Sounds something like: “Scott, I’m about to send you an email with the subject line Just called. This is Nick with 30 Minutes to President’s Club. No need to call me back, but when you get a minute or two, if you could get me a response on that email, I’d appreciate it. Thanks.”
Give it a shot. It’s a lot easier than, than hoping people are going to call you back on your voicemail.
