Christina is an Account Executive at Allego. Christina Brooke: Which one works better? Is it having a pack-hunting way of selling versus a lone wolf approach? Pack hunting is always gonna come out on top, hands down. Having to enable salespeople to be the best versions of themselves that they can be, or working as a team helps each person within a commercial role to understand the business as a whole. You could be a salesperson who just does their own lead generation, tries to understand the customer as much as possible from like a personal, an individual perspective, but for me, there is nothing better than teaming up with CS, teaming up with marketing to understand the voice of the customer, equipping SDRs with targeted lists to go after people that you as an account executive really understand. So I think it’s all about enabling each other. I’ve suddenly realized how important it is and how crazy it is to not call upon the people around you that have just got completely different skillsets.
