Hania Szymczak: This daily sales tip is about something that I think many of you probably already do. However, I think we don’t talk about the importance of this quite often enough. The tip is seek out and lean into high quality community. We’ve all heard it said that you are the sum of the five people closest to you or the five people you spend the most time with. And I personally think there’s nothing magical about the number five. But I think it is true that what you take in, what you consume, what you surround yourself with, is what you will then be able to put out and what will most naturally come out. So the more you curate the quality of your information, diet and the type of advice that you’re surrounded by, the higher the quality of your output will be able to be as well. And the importance of finding high quality communities and belonging to them, participating in them is just that you have more high quality voices around you that you can learn with and from, with whom you can celebrate your successes and reflect on failures, reflect on how you can improve.
