Scott Ingram: You’re listening to the Daily Sales Tips podcast and I’m your host, Scott Ingram. Today’s tip comes from Mark Hunter, the Sales Hunter, and he’s releasing a brand new book today called A Mind for Sales – Daily Habits and Practical Strategies for Sales Success. Here he is:
Mark Hunter: I’m Mark Hunter, the Sales Hunter. I did write the book A Mind for Sales and I’m going to ask you a question. What’s your CFT score? CFT score? What’s CFT score? That’s customer-facing time. Here’s the challenge. You need to be focused on spending more CFT. You need to get that CFT scores up as high as you can. I want you spending as much time as you can customer-facing time. Now, what does customer-facing time? That means you’re either talking with customers on the phone, you’re across the desk from them, you’re actively emailing them, but you are engaged with them right now. That’s what CFT is and it is the most important sales score you can handle because let me tell you something. If you have a high CFT score and you’re focused on your ICP. Okay, I’ll save that for another video then it’s amazing at what you’ll be able to close out the bottom. I’m Mark Hunter the Sales Center. The book is A Mind for Sales
