Mark Hunter: I’m Mark Hunter, The Sales Hunter, and wrote the book: A Mind for Sales and I talk about ICP. ICP? What’s ICP? I hope you know what ICP is. That is your ideal customer profile. Because let me tell you something, your ideal customer profile determines who you should be spending time with. Because here’s what I find. If you don’t spend time with the right prospects, it’s amazing how you won’t be able to close and you want me to close at full price. There’s a line I love to use. I have it in the book. You can’t take a Walmart shopper and make them a Nordstrom customer. You start off with the wrong prospect, you’ll never turn out with the right customer, which leads me to one other thought.
