Andy Jaffke: Hello, good morning! This is Andy Jaffke from Madrid. I’m a German expert and I’ve been living for 20 years here. So, for today’s Daily Sales Tips, I want to share with you something I’ve mentioned in my recently published book, Be Yourself, and it’s about the process. So, if you want to be successful in anything in your life, and especially in sales, you have to understand that there are crucial things to a sales process. We have to plan, we have to prepare, we have to practice and then we play and we might win. So, first thing, plan, second thing, prepare, third thing, practice, rehearse and then play and win. So that is my sales tip for today. Thank you very much and enjoy Daily Sales Tips with Scott Ingram.
