Nick Cegelski: The best way to handle an objection that you get over email is to pick up the magic device I called “The phone” and call the customer. It’s so much easier to address an objection or concern or question in real-time than it is to go back and forth and back and forth over email. Or worse yet, send a 47 sentence email that reads like Moby Dick. I didn’t read that book in high school for a reason.
