Scott Ingram: You’re listening to the Daily Sales Tips podcast and I’m your host, Scott Ingram. Today’s tip is rather self-serving, but I honestly believe it’s one of the most impactful things you can do for yourself and your career.
I think of this as taking advantage of a PEE. The good news is these PEEs aren’t illegal or even unethical. They’re Performance Enhancing Events and I believe I’ve built the best one out there in the Sales Success Summit where rather than the authors and consultants you find presenting at most events, you’ll only see real top-performing sales performers with no other agenda on our stage. This two day event is built 100% for individual contributors by individual contributors. Sure sales leaders will benefit, but it’s just not designed for them.
I’m not going to go into super detail here, because you can hear that in today’s episode over on the Sales Success Stories podcast. That’s also where you’ll find a couple of unique offers and ideas. I’ll just tell you that there are 3 critical parts to the event.
It starts with Content and we’ll be covering everything from mindset, motivation, and sophisticated prospecting methods to managing your career and the most complex deals.
While this content from real top performers is some of the best out there, it’s not even close to the most important thing. It’s really the conversations and connections you’ll make that can change the trajectory of your career with the mentors and future job prospects you can find.
Lastly, it’s all about the experience. From the informal welcome reception to breakfast tacos and bbq and all the way through the immersive after-party experience that Jack Wilson and Chris Watson are building. Not to mention tons of great hallway conversations and serendipity, it’s tough to top this experience here in Austin.
You’ll find all the details about the Summit at Top1Summit.com. That’s where you make the investment in yourself and buy your ticket, but if for whatever reason you just can’t make it out this year, it’s also where you can register to get access to get videos of the presentations for free thanks to Outreach and Gong.
Just like always, you can go to DailySales.Tips/1315 where I’ll have a link to the Summit page for you, as well as a link to the more in-depth PEE episode I did for you on the Sales Success Stories podcast. It’s definitely worth a listen. DailySales.Tips/1315.
Once you’ve bought your ticket or at least registered to get the videos, be sure to come back tomorrow for another great sales tip. Thanks for listening!
