Arsen Nikiforouk: Hello, my name is Arsen and my friends call me Nik. And today I want to talk to you guys about the interest rates because this one secret has kept me alive during the pandemic and helped me become one of the best sales reps in medical space during that time. Today, this secret is helping me in real estate. So what is it?
My friends have been telling me in car sales and home sales, insurance, software service that their sales have been going down recently. And I asked them one question, how much input are you putting in? What is input?
Over the last 4 to 6 months, instead of cold calling for two or so hours a day, me and my team have been doubling our input. We’ve been cold-calling 4 to 6 hours a day. And on top of that, we’ve automated a lot of our follow-ups so that whenever a new lead comes in, whenever we have a old prospect that we want to follow up with, we don’t actually do the work anymore ourselves. Instead, the AI follows up with our clients until the client responds. And this has saved us countless hours a week of follow-up.
So hopefully this helps you in your business. Hopefully, you are doubling your input because right now is the time. The business is not going to get any easier for next 4 to 6 months.
