Clip from Episode 32: Ryan Alvord – Top Sales Professional at Paychex:
The first few times especially presenting to companies of more than a few people that I was meeting with was very very difficult for me. But I think getting over that fear was accomplished by just a lot of practice. Just again meeting with a huge volume of companies. You know ironically enough I guess when I when I finish number one last year and I had to present at our Presidents Club in front of 1000 people. I was less nervous probably for that than I was in the beginning when I had to present in front of a few people you know early on so that was probably the biggest challenge for me over the years.
