I start with what do I actually need to improve on. Like what do I need to do differently. And I find either a skill set that I don’t have and then I go find out you know who are the best mentors potential mentors for those. And I put a list together of three four or five people and then I’d just go ask them. Scott like I’m completely transparent and honest with them and I’ll say hey I have this issue that I really want to try and address. I want to develop this skill set and you are one of the best people I’ve ever seen do this type of stuff. Could you help and coach me through this. Right. And I’d tell you Scott nine out of 10 times when you come to people for help and ask them for help. I’ve not seen them turn me down. Right. Like people in general are really more very willing to help you if you’re honest and you ask for it. And so you know I approach that the same way. When people come to me for help and I’m in a position where I can actually help them I do so because you need to pay it forward.
