I would say the top three things for me anyway would be one to have good sales mentors. I think that really helped contribute to getting you on the right path and having people that are doing or achieving things that you want to achieve just to kind of mirror yourself against that. One of the other things I would say is that I have what I would call a hustler mentality. So that to me is you’re always out there connecting and meeting people and just you know you gotta hit the ground running I think in this industry. The third thing is is that I’m passionate about what we do here. I think that’s really important because if you don’t believe in what you’re selling you’re just not going to do well because your heart’s not in it. Really that’s probably the most important one I would say.
