Number one above all else is focus. And I can elaborate a little bit on that. So you know in life and here in the office there’s a ton of distractions. We have an awesome culture here at Treeline. There’s a lot to be distracted by. So I don’t let it affect me. I focus on the task at hand. I am not the type of person that is in at 7:00 a.m. and leaves at 7 p.m. I’m more of a 9 to 5 guy but you can bet during those hours from 9:00 to 5:00. I’m 100 percent focused on the task at hand and I’m always ready to rock n roll as soon as I come in the office right. I’ve got my coffee in hand. I know I open on my calendar. And you know checking my e-mails and I live and die on my calendar so I’m jumping on appointments right away whether you know whether it’s for a client whether it’s for a candidate and you know I’m ultra focused from from step 1 and then the other number two I would say is I think outside the box I can get a little bit creative. I will kind of question the status quo of hey this is the way we do it. This is what’s successful. And I always kind of look for ways to make it better. Sometimes I fail but you know sometimes I do good or I succeed I should say. And then lastly I’m ultra ultra competitive and I can elaborate on that as well. Actually this week I actually had a colleague who actually passed me on the board for about 10 minutes and I didn’t like it. And then from there you know I put more revenue on the board and I staked my claim as as number one again. But it’s all good natured competition but I’m very competitive with all my colleagues here.
