Super urgent, I’m super competitive. I think if we’re talking about you know candidates and clients I think I’m a pretty good relationship builder with them. And you know I like to build trust on both ends of the on both ends of the desk right because you know I want I think Treeline for us. Our whole philosophy is I’d say we are very Karma centric. So that’s kind of my that’s how I function. So I like to build good relationships I like to build trust and that’s the key to my success right there. Did you say you’re karma centric? Karma centic it’s own kind of word there. I don’t even know if that’s a real word but I believe in doing the right thing. That’s basically what I’m saying. Always doing right by the candidate always doing right by the client.
